The WL V912 is a choice. It has a 45 degrees Stabilizer Bar, we call this design the "Bell Rotor System". It gives the V912 totally new flying experience. Factory used weight blocks instead of paddles at the end of the stabilizer bar, this makes the V912 fly "Much More" stable than ordinary rotor head design, as a trade off, it flies slower, but more stable. We tested the V912 and we found that this new design makes the helicopter as stable as a Co-Axial model, we think Walkera have done it in developing a Single Rotor helicopter for beginners!
In fact the "Bell Rotor" is not new. However the WL Factory has spent effort on improving the weaknesss of this rotor system. For example they use Long Travel Servos to compensate the slow respond problem, and adapted spur gears on the tail to improve Head Holding performance, all these are simply "money" and "cost", this time WL Toys chose to performance instead of manufacturing cost. Along with the improvements, the plastic parts and aluminum frame are precise and accurate, no loose, no gaps, which is a great thing, not many products within this price range can reach such good craftsmanship.
